NOTE: Our rental week is Friday after 3:00 p.m. through noon on the following Friday. All rates are subject to 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax and 4.5% Town of Wescott room tax.

$800/week (July & August) for up to 6 people. $50 for each additional person (over the age of 2) up to a maximum of 10 (no exceptions).

$850/week (July & August) for up to 6 people. $50 for each additional person (over the age of 2). This cottage will not accommodate more than 6 unless the attic is used. The attic is not cooled or heated and is not suitable for small children.

Spring, Fall & Winter Rates

$700 per week in May, June & September. Weekend rentals before Memorial Day and after Labor Day are $100 per night with a 2-night minimum. This cottage is only available from May 15 through October 1.

$750 per week or $120/night with a 2-night minimum. Weekend rates only apply before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.

7.5 HP Motor Rental
18 ft. Pontoon Rental (Our Cottage Renters Only)

$150 per week
$150 per day; $500 per week plus $150 deposit (see note.)
Note: We only have 1 pontoon so rental is first come, first served. There is a $150 deposit in addition to the rental fee. The deposit will be returned after we determine there are no damages.

$200 cash or check to hold the reservation. If the reservation has to be canceled, the deposit will be returned providing we are able to rent that week to someone else. If the week remains open, the deposit will be forfeited.

If sheets and towels are to be provided, there will be an additional charge of $5 per bed and $5 per person for towels for the week.

We will no longer allow pets. There are several kennels in the area where you may board your pet during your vacation.
|
|
We are happy to have returning renters and will give our present renters first choice to rent the same week the following year if we are notified at the end of the rental period. Otherwise, it will be available to whomever requests that week first.
